Getting Help

I’m actually really proud of myself today.

I finally got around to calling the doctor and I’m going in next week to talk about my binge eating disorder, and I will be bringing up the things that trigger it (depression, anxiety and ADD). This is so scary, but I’m tired of trying to “push through” on my own. There is no shame in getting help. And there is no shame in taking necessary medication in order to be a better functioning, healthier, happier person.
