What I’m Wearing to Christmas Dinner

Happy Friday!

I scheduled a little holiday post for tomorrow and yesterday was more of a ‘get to know me’ post, so this is another complete look post with a bit of makeup as well as some fashion. I’m doing a metallic gold look on my eyes, and I decided to pair it with a glitzy bright red sweater. I’m spending time with my family, so it’s going to be pretty casual, but I still wanted to look a bit glam and festive.

l1003382On my face, I have the Clio Kill Cover Cushion in Ginger, the Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer in Light 16, the Nars Orgasm blush, and the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Champagne Pop. My eyebrows and contour are both the MUFE Eyeshadow in 558 Dark Taupe.
On my eyes, I started with Strange and Limit from the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette, and the gold colour I used is MAC Amber Lights.
And on my lips I have the Kylie Lip Kit in Mary Jo K.

l1003381-2I’m wearing a bright red sweater with metallic detailing from H&M. My Jeans are the Old Navy rockstar jeggings in Black, and the booties are (again) my CAT Briony ankle boots in black.
For my time outdoors, I added a black beanie and a wool coat from Kenneth Kole, five or six years ago. My bag is from Amazon, and while I do really like it, I feel that it’s pretty overpriced for the quality.

l1003414I love the way this look came together. It’s super casual since I’m basically wearing leggings and a sweatshirt, and yet it looks so bright and festive. The sparkly details in the sweater are so fun, and it could easily be dressed up with some knee high boots and a bit of sparkly jewelry.

What are you wearing for the holidays? I’d love to see some pictures! Leave me a comment and I’ll check out your blog!
